The Portuguese first called this the Cape of Storms and last night, we were expecting the worst - the thunder and lightning and torrential rain over Cape Town was loud and messy. But by this morning, the sun was up and things were looking good in the fantastic seaside suburb of Camps Bay ....
The U18s were all at Camps Bay High School for the first day of pre-season training......... though it's hard to concentrate with this view! From about 2.30, joined by the U16s back from Newlands, there was touch rugby down on Camps Bay Beach.
